BioSeal manifest
Drop a manifest.xml, or choose one, and it is validated against every
vendored schema generation. Legacy manifests are reported as out of current-XSD
scope rather than as failures. Nothing is uploaded and no schema is fetched: the
whole tree ships with this page.
The schema engine loads on first use.
